Every print is made to order, just for you. Here's what to expect from order to doorstep.
Production time Your print is produced within 2–5 business days of your order. Because we print locally through production facilities in the country closest to you, your artwork doesn't cross oceans to reach you.
Delivery estimates (after production)
United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
Rest of world: 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Customs and import taxes Orders within the UK and US are printed domestically, so no customs charges apply. For other destinations, any customs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer — your local customs office can advise.
Lost or damaged in transit? Contact us at thechristianartcompany@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
Address accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us as soon as possible if you spot a mistake and we'll try to catch it before production.

Anne was most helpful. My first print was damaged upon receipt as was the packaging. I reported it to Anne and she immediately contacted me and offered a refund or a new print. I had a new print.

A beautiful print, with the words to ‘Be Still My Soul’ underneath. The print color is exactly what I saw on the website. It is on sturdy stock, and came in a timely manner. I will order more from this company!
Beautiful! I ordered the Emmanuel print as this is my hubby’s favorite hymn. He absolutely loves it! We agreed this will stay up all winter, not just for Christmas. I think I will order another one for summer/fall and will rotate the two. Fast shipping too!
