Isn't it amazing that we get to call Jesus 'my' shepherd? We have the best shepherd to guide us through the highs and lows of life. And, writing this, I'm journeying through one of those 'darkest of valley' seasons and it's a great comfort to know that The Good Shepherd is with me, that I don't have to fear all the evil that is coming against me because I know the One who defeated death is for me. That His goodness and His mercy will follow me, all the days of my life - even when I don't feel it...
